Construction Survey and Staking
Butler Engineering can provide both the inspection expertise and staffing necessary to service Central and Southeastern Idaho. The offices of Butler Engineering and Land Surveying have done numerous construction surveys for highways, bridge constructions, roadway widenings, and building placements. Our surveying personnel have an intimate knowledge of surveying practices using both conventional and global positioning systems in performing all phases of work related to construction stakeout. We have performed construction staking for 160 million dollars worth of projects during the past 10 years including 135 km of federal and state highway designs. We have staked the right of way, performed all slope and grade staking, structure layout, and topographic surveys necessary to calculate pay quantities.
